Fulfillment Policy

 

When customer purchasers one of our Twin Cities Savers discounted certificates or auction items from our website, the certificate delivery method is disclosed in the promotional item or auction details.   Below are delivery options, depending on each specific promotion. Please read item details carefully to know what the available delivery option is for the item you are interested in, as not all delivery methods are available.

 

  • If the promotional item delivery method is designated as “Print at Home,” customer can print the certificates from their Twin Cities Savers account.  Certificates will not be emailed.

 

  • If the promotional item delivery method is designated as “First Class Mail” or “Priority Mail,” vouchers will be mailed from our office within 3-5 business days of purchase date.

 

  • If the promotional item delivery method is designated as “Redeem on Mobile,” vouchers will be available for redemption on mobile device immediately after purchase is complete and customer receives email notification.

 

* All items must be purchased on website using a credit card prior to fulfillment.

 

Refund & Return Policy

 

Due to the discounted prices of our offerings, we do not allow items to be returned. All sales are final, so be certain of your purchase before you buy.  No refunds, cancellations, or cash back.

 

Twin Cities Savers is not responsible if an establishment closes after a purchase is made from our site. We encourage customers to use their vouchers in a timely manner. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be offered. Change in ownership qualifies as a closed merchant.
